Using Mowment

Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Direct Purchases
You may purchase branding packs directly on our website through our secure checkout. After payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation page and receive an onboarding link to provide project details. A confirmation email with next steps will also be sent to you. Keep your onboarding link; it remains available for you to return anytime.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, images, and design—is owned by or licensed to Mowment and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
User Content
If you submit content (e.g., feedback, briefings, or materials for a project), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that content solely to operate and deliver the Services. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
Payments
Purchases are processed via our payment provider through a secure checkout flow. Prices and inclusions are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work commences. If we cannot align after the included revisions in your plan, contact us to discuss a fair resolution.
Prohibited Uses
- Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers/networks connected to the Services.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or harvesting data beyond what is permitted.
- Using the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
